Returns and refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, with original packaging and all included accessories when applicable.
How to request a return
Contact support with the order number, item, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. A return should not be shipped back until the return request is accepted and instructions are provided.
Refund timing
Refunds are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered.
Non-returnable conditions
Items that are used, altered, damaged after delivery, missing accessories, or returned outside the accepted window may be refused or refunded partially where allowed.
