Shipping availability, carrier options, taxes, duties, and final delivery costs are reviewed at checkout before payment is completed.
Processing
Orders are reviewed after payment authorization. If additional verification is required for billing, shipping, or product availability, support may contact the customer before fulfillment.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking information is sent to the customer email used at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs review, and local service conditions.
International duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and local fees may be calculated at checkout or charged by the carrier or destination authority. Customers are responsible for destination-specific import requirements unless checkout states otherwise.
