Als der Ladymatic erstmals 1955 eingeführt wurde, begeisterte er als außergewöhnliches Zeitmessinstrument in der Damenmode. Sechs Jahrzehnte später besitzt er bis heute all seinen bezaubernden Stil und seine Anmut. In diesem Modell wird das Gehäuse aus Edelstahl durch wellenförmige Glieder betont, die es mit einem weißen Lederarmband verbinden. Die polierten, alpha-förmigen Zeiger sind aus Weißgold gefertigt, ebenso die 11 Indizes, die mit Diamanten besetzt sind. Rund um das weiße Perlmuttzifferblatt ist die Lünette ebenfalls pavé mit Diamanten besetzt, mithilfe der „Snow-set“-Technik, und ein zusätzlicher Diamant mit dem „OMEGA Brilliant cut“ ist in die polierte Krone eingelassen. Das Datum wird in einem Fenster bei 3 Uhr angezeigt, während das hauseigene Werk das Kaliber OMEGA Co‑Axial 8520 umfasst.
