Since 1993,
the Seamaster Professional Diver 300M has enjoyed a loyal and legendary following. The OMEGA models of the 21st century remain true to the original diving watch design,
while introducing new and exciting materials and movements. In this 43,50 mm model,
black ceramic [ZrO₂] is the dominant element. The case,
the bezel,
the wave-patterned dial,
the crown and the helium escape valve,
all crafted from the same striking material,
give the watch a very distinct,
uniform and sculptural appearance. To ensure legibility without compromising the overall aesthetics,
OMEGA introduced anthracite Super-LumiNova on the diving scale,
black PVD indices and on the skeletonized hands — as well as the dot at 12 o'clock. Completing the look is an integrated black rubber strap with a black ceramic buckle. To bring a touch of light to the darkness, there is a window that offers a clear view of the movement. Visible through the sapphire crystal on the wave-edged caseback is the Caliber 8806 Co-Axial Master Chronometer from OMEGA.
