作為 2019 年「五潛計畫（Five Deeps Expedition）」的一部分，Ultra Deep 曾在創紀錄的歷程中抵達地球表面最深的深度，完成史無前例的下潛。此後，這款革命性腕錶已被改良為專屬系列，並提供給公眾參觀選購。在研發過程中於真實海洋環境進行測試，本型號具備 6 .000 公尺（20 .000 英尺）的防水性能，並符合 ISO 6425:2018 潛水錶（飽和潛水）標準。此 45.5 mm 型號採用堅固耐用的 O-MEGASTEEL 製成，具備拋光藍色陶瓷外圈與白色珐瑯潛水刻度。透過醒目的凸面藍寶石水晶，錶盤為上漆白色，並以藍色呈現四個阿拉伯數字，同時搭配 18K 白金時標與指針，所有發光塗層均為白色 Super-LumiNova。腕錶配戴 O-MEGASTEEL 錶帶，並裝有 OMEGA 專利的可延伸摺疊式錶扣，提供額外長度調整與潛水延展功能；錶背則為 5 級鈦金屬徽章，鐳射雕刻 Sonar 圖騰，圖騰中央為 OMEGA 標誌性的海馬。機芯內部由 OMEGA Caliber 8912 Co-Axial Master Chronometer 驅動。
