This exclusive Seamaster Aqua Terra “Ultra Light” is a tribute to Swedish pole vault legend Armand “Mondo” Duplantis. The Olympic champion wore the watch when he won the gold medal and set a new world record at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games,
clearing 6.25 m. For Mondo,
it was the ideal competition watch. Lightweight,
robust
and in the colors of his native country. Machined from Gamma titanium with a sandblasted finish,
the 41 mm case is paired with a sandblasted silicon nitride bezel ring. For the anodized blue dial,
OMEGA used Grade 5 titanium with a sandblasted finish
and added a pattern of engraved horizontal stripes. In addition to the blackened indices and the hour and minute hands with Super-LumiNova,
there is also a 3D cylindrical central seconds hand, laser-molded and varnished in yellow, inspired by a pole vault pole. The watch is presented on an integrated blue and yellow strap, made of rubber and nylon fabric. Behind the sapphire crystal caseback,
you will find the caliber OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer 8928 Ti – ensuring the highest industry standards in terms of accuracy,
