Inspired by the first Speedmaster CK2915‑1 from 1957,
this exclusive 38.6 mm model is crafted in 18K Canopus Gold™ and features a deep black onyx dial with an applied vintage OMEGA logo and typography with the “O oval” (typical of early CK2915 models). It also includes hands and indices in 18K white gold with Canopus Gold™ PVD treatment and three subdials, including a small seconds indicator,
a 30‑minute counter and a 12‑hour counter,
along with a central chronograph function. The tachymeter scale on the bezel is filled with black enamel and, if you look closely,
you can also spot the famous dot over ninety (DON) and a dot diagonally aligned with the seventy. On the caseback,
you will find a Seahorse engraving within the sapphire crystal. To mark the 65th anniversary of the Speedmaster,
a blue sapphire is used to represent the eye. Behind the Seahorse, there is a clear view of the remarkable Caliber 321 – famous for its place in space exploration history. The crown features the NAIAD symbol,
also specific to some early CK2915 models. The watch is presented on an 18K Canopus Gold™ bracelet with a Comfort Release adjustment system
and comes in a special 65th‑anniversary commemorative wooden presentation box made from tulipier (a rosewood-like species), inspired by the shape and design of the original Speedmaster boxes.
